How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping for most products inside the contiguous U.S.A. depends on the type of shipping you choose at checkout. This can change depending on the product ordered, the total weight, and where you live.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We usually ship the order within 1 or 2 days after order was placed. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout. You will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order status on our website
How can I check out my order status?
To view your order status simply access the Order Lookup page, put in your order number and you will receive the status of your order and all the details.
What is your Refund Policy?
We offer a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, just return it and we will fully refund your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.
After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within 1-7 days.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Depending on the shipping option you can expect your order to be delivered on weekends. Order will NOT be delivered on public holidays.
I need my order now, Can Zeust speed up the delivery?
To speed up the delivery please choose priority shipping at checkout, The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping option you choose. Once the item is shipped you receive a shipment notification.
I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
As the item has only just been shipped, it may take up to 24 hours to show on the website. And, depending on the shipping option, you can expect your items to be delivered within 2 to 7 days.
How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped. You have an option of rejecting it upon delivery. Under the circumstances whereby item has shipped to your designated address, kindly decline delivery.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.
You can also contact our customer service immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.
Does Zeust offer international shipments?
International shipments are not available at Zeust.com at the current time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can you deliver the package to my office?
Zeust will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.
Can I pick up my order at Zeust's office?
Zeust does not provide you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.

Why was I charged with wrong amount in my order?
Your order might incur a shipping surcharge or bulky fee.

Do you keep my credit card details?
Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.

Where can I request an official receipt?
